Job Overview
Techbox Square is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for devising and executing strategic marketing initiatives while actively contributing to our growth and expansion efforts. As the Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will develop robust marketing strategies and establish and nurture valuable partnerships. You'll have the opportunity to shape the direction of our marketing and business development activities, drive brand visibility, and explore new avenues for revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies aligned with company’s objectives, with a focus on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities. Utilize insights to guide decision-making and refine marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through targeted campaigns, networking, and outreach efforts, fostering relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Partnership Development: Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances that align with our business goals, helping to expand our market reach and drive business development opportunities.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media, webinars, and whitepapers, to engage our audience and drive lead generation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and business development efforts. Utilize data insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing and business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and CRM software.
